At Oakland Kickboxing, we believe in the power of martial arts to strengthen both the body and the mind. Our program guides students step by step, allowing them to develop key skills through focused practice in the dojo and in their home practice. KICKBOXING PAD TRAINING (OAKLAND)

Ready to get fit and have fun? Join our Kickboxing workout, where we focus on the core techniques of punching, kicking, and building confidence. No experience? No problem! Our classes are designed for beginners, and we encourage you to jump right in.  

 

As you progress, you'll not only improve your strength and fitness but also develop valuable self-defense skills, including defensive blocking and footwork.

Starting is easy—newcomers receive boxing gloves and a clear introduction to the basics. Step by step, you'll master kickboxing techniques while connecting with our positive, supportive community. Get started today and take the first step toward a stronger, more confident you!

SANDA KICKBOXING (OAKLAND)

Sanda Kickboxing is an exciting and internationally recognized sport, also known as San Shou or Chinese Kickboxing. With a rich history, many top fighters have excelled in MMA leagues such as the UFC and ONE Championship, showcasing the power of this discipline.

Our training merges the precision of striking with the strategy of wrestling, creating a well-rounded system for both sport and self-defense. We foster a supportive environment where students train as a team, growing stronger and more skilled together.

 

Competition is not a requirement; however, regular practice is essential for personal growth. Our classes are open to students of all ages (8 and up).

Sessions are built based on each client's needs and range from a mix of conditioning, pad training or specialized skill training in martial arts (Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Norther Shaolin, Tai chi & Bokken Training).   Please contact for rates and scheduling availability.

MEET VINCE

MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR

Vince is a Bay Area native and has been training in martial arts since 1993.  He holds a fourth degree black belt in Moodukkwan Taekwondo and has trained in disciplines including San Shou Kickboxing, Northern Shaolin, Tai Chi and Toyama Ryu Battodo.

Having experienced firsthand the benefits of martial arts in his personal life, he is thrilled to share his love and passion of training with you:

When I started training in martial arts I didn’t know what to expect.  I just knew that I needed a change. Once I got involved, my life immediately began to improve.  I became stronger, learned valuable new skills and developed a sense of confidence that had previously eluded me.  I’ve never turned back since. Now I help others discover their potential.  It’s a step-by-step process and no one gets it overnight.  But I believe with determination and the right encouragement, you can find what you’re looking for. I look forward to partnering with you.
